お仕事内容

As a ticket sales & customer service staff member at RED° TOKYO TOWER, you will be responsible for selling tickets and providing facility guidance to customers, primarily international visitors. This is an opportunity to utilize your language skills, including English and other foreign languages, to assist visitors from various cultural backgrounds. Since we also have Japanese customers, proficiency in Japanese is also required.

Your duties will include:
・Selling tickets
・Providing facility explanations and guidance (in English, Chinese, etc.)
・Assisting customers with inquiries and support
・Cash register duties
・General customer service support, including patrolling inside the facility
—such as assisting customers in need, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth visitor experience.

時給 1200円以上

朝～昼 、 昼～夕 、 夕～夜 、 夜勤

Shifts are 7–8 hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (including breaks)
You must be available at least 2 days per week.
Please let us know your preferred shifts during the interview.
Shift schedule submitted every two weeks


9:00～22:00
※上記時間内で1日7～8時間（休憩あり）

※シフト提出2週間ごと

応募資格

Must be able to work at least 2 days per week (minimum 7 hours per day)
Able to communicate with customers in a foreign language (conversational level)
Able to communicate politely in Japanese(Japanese is required for handling inquiries from domestic guests and internal communication.)
Those who are available to work on weekends are welcome！
